INSTRUCTORS - ROB VELTMAN

Rob Veltman has been practicing the grappling arts for over 25 years. He started wrestling at the age of 8 and continued that sport through to the end of High School. Afterwards he continued to help coach his high school team, and was awarded the Barry Hardman Award for contributions to G.D.H.S. Athletics.

His love for this new sport led him to the famed Grappling Arts Academy in Woodbridge Ontario, where he trained under Syl & Dan Moroney. Rob then went on to become the first person ever to gain a black belt under the Moroney brothers.

Rob currently trains under the tutelage of Royler Gracie and David Adiv, and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. At the same time; he is 3rd degree black belt in Shorinji Ryu Karate, and a 1st degree black belt in Judo.
